Refunds & Returns Policy

At Om Studio, we take great pride in creating and delivering high-quality, handcrafted devotional products. Each item is made with care, and we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
• The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Important: Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized products (unless damaged or defective)
• Used or worn items
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
• Email us at theomstudio.in@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the product (in case of damage/defect)
• Mention the reason for return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges
• You can place a new order after your return (if eligible) is processed
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos as proof
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your bank or payment provider
